Reservation Policy

50% Deposit is required to Reserve a Room or Rooms.
Reservations will be held for seven (7) days without deposit.
If the 50% deposit is not paid, the room reservation will be released.
The balance of the payment for the room is due fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival.
Tres Mujeres Boutique Hotel will send you an invoice.
Failure to pay the Balance Due could result in cancellation of reservation.
Please note, if there a problem completing payment, please contact us.
We have two night minimum stay on weekends.
Three day or less Rental: Payment in Full.
Rooms are limited, so please be prompt with your reply.
Confirmation is based on deposit.

Extra Bed: $30 per night
Friendly Dog Charge: $30 per dog, one time charge
Refundable Key Deposit: $20

Cancellations

We are a small hotel in a rural community and people book far in advance. We turn many people away once a room is paid for.

~ Cancellations require thirty (30) days or more notice prior to date of arrival for refund, minus 20% cancellation processing fee. If paid by check there will be no processing fee and you will receive a 100% refund. Please email me for mailing address if you would like to pay by check.

~ Please note that Holiday cancellations require a sixty (60) day notice and are also subject to 20% cancellation fee unless paid by check.

~ All cancellation requests must be made by email. Please send your cancellation to tresmujeresparadise@gmail.com using “Cancellation Request” in the Subject line.

~ Should you be forced to postpone your vacation, the original deposit paid to the hotel may be transferred to another date, provided that the request for a transfer of dates be made thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival, subject to room availability and subject to any additional charges due to changes in room rates.

~ Transfers for Reservations booked for the Christmas, New Year, or Easter / Semana Santa need a sixty (60) day notice.

~ WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE.
